ABOUT THE BUILD

The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Marina is located on Jumeirah Beach, near to Dubai Marina. This 5-star resort has 294 guest rooms, 10 restaurants and bars, facilities for conferences and events as well as numerous recreational facilities.

The services provided by Trans Gulf included the following:

• Air conditioning and ventilation systems
• DX split unit
• Exhaust fans firefighting and protection systems

Electrical and ELV Systems

• LV panel and fire alarm system
• Power, lighting and telephone system
• Communication systems and security systems
• Guest room management system

Plumbing

• Drainage (waste and soil) and rainwater system
• Water supply system and grey water systems
• LPG gas

Total cooling load of the project is 1,860 TR and the total electrical load is 10,960kW.
