ABOUT THE BUILD

This state-of-the-art commercial building, located in Barsha Heights (formerly Tecom), Dubai, rises to 36 storeys and consists of 534 offices with 2,297 car parking spaces. The construction of this building was based on a distinctive architectural design, with a wave-like shape creating unique office layouts allowing for maximum natural light and providing a spectacular panoramic view. It covers an area of 1,930,254.86 sq ft.

Trans Gulf Electromechanical LLC provided the complete mechanical and electrical building services for the tower, including the following:

• Fire protection systems
• Power supplies
• Lighting
• Fire alarm
• Telephones
• Communication systems
• Security
• Building management systems (BMS)

Total cooling load of the building is 1548 TR, and the total electrical load is 10,655kW
