ABOUT THE BUILD

GHC is the Hyatt Hotels group’s first venture in Sri Lanka. It’s a five-star property located on famous Galle Face Road. The hotel consists of 2B+47+R, which includes 4 levels of car parking, 458 suites & 70 serviced apartments.

Grand Hyatt Colombo is an iconic project on the Galle Face Road in Sri Lanka, built to establish the Hyatt brand in the South Asian region. It has a full range of services and dining options for both business and leisure travelers, and is a government initiative to develop the tourism infrastructure in the country.

This post-war tall structure will stand 205m above ground level as a 47-storey building, housing a range of 397 guest rooms, 61 suites for the short-term stay tourist and for long-term guests, 1-bed, 2-bed and 3-bedrooms are also offered. A lobby lounge, all-day dining multi-cuisine restaurant, bar and spa treatment rooms are the other attractions.

The total cooling load of the project is 10,140TR.

The total electrical load is 22,777kW.
