ABOUT THE BUILD

The Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach blends Arabic design with contemporary style. The 5-star property was developed by Bright Start and is operated by international hotel chain Four Seasons. The total built-up area of the hotel is 703,413sq ft with 237 rooms, 10 restaurants and 295 car parking spaces.

The project is located at a prime beachfront location in Jumeirah 2 next to Dubai Ladies Club.

• Hot and cold water supply system

Total electrical load of the project is 14MW, and the total cooling load is 3000 TR.
