Dubai International Airport Expansion Phase III involves the decommissioning and relocation of existing live services followed by the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the following:

Aviation

• Visual docking guidance systems
• 400Hz frequency converters and pits, 400Hz cabling
• Pre-conditioned air units and ducts

Lighting

• High mast lighting systems/street lighting/building lighting

Electrical Power Systems

• MV substations, MV and LV cabling/LV switchgear
• Diesel generators of capacity up to 1650kVA
• Dynamic UPS system for runway substations

Low Current and Security Systems

• CCTV and WLAN systems for airport aprons
• Structured cabling network systems
• Building management and fire alarm systems
• SCADA system for electricity and water
• Gate barrier, bollards

Mechanical and Plumbing Works

• Fire and potable water pump stations
• HVAC systems/firefighting systems/plumbing and drainage
• 34 tonne chiller installation
• 300 tonne chiller relocation and refurbishment
• Decommissioning/relocation of existing live services
