Arabian Centre is a premium shopping and entertainment destination located in Al Mizhar, near Mirdif, Dubai. Sporting Arabian architecture with a modern twist, it hosts a wide variety of local and international brands as well as a food court, restaurants, hypermarket and cinemas.

The scope of works for Trans Gulf Electromechanical included the design, supply, installation and testing/commissioning of the following:

• Electrical works as below to BS7671
• HV and LV infrastructure including provision of five new sub stations
• High voltage and low voltage distribution
• Connections and control of CHP
• External and internal lighting
• Emergency lighting to BS5266 and general power distribution
• Fire alarm and voice evacuation to BS5839
• SMATV, lightning protection, standby generators system
• UPS, public address system, CCTV, data and voice
• Disabled persons alarm network, external gas, water mains
• Internal H&CWS distribution, CHW heating and cooling systems
• Energy recovery ventilation, fire protection – sprinkler and FM200
• WC extractor systems and above ground drainage
• Sanitary ware installation
