ABOUT THE BUILD

Trans Gulf provided the complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing services for the 79 villas at Jumeirah Golf Estates Phase II, located 22km south-west of Dubai’s city centre towards the Jebel Ali area.

The services provided by Trans Gulf included the following:

• Exhaust fans firefighting and protection systems

Electrical and ELV Systems

• LV panel (sub main distribution board (SMDB), distribution board (DB))
• Fire alarm system
• Telephone system

Plumbing

• Drainage (waste and soil), rainwater system
• Water supply system
• Grey water systems
• LPG gas

Total cooling load of the project is 1525TR
