ABOUT THE BUILD

The One & Only Royal Mirage is a 5-star hotel and beach resort designed in Arabian architecture. Overlooking the Palm Jumeirah, the resort has 439 rooms, suites and villas.

The services provided by Trans Gulf included the following:

HVAC

• Air conditioning and ventilation systems
• DX split unit
• Exhaust fans, firefighting and protection systems

Electrical and ELV Systems

• LV panel and fire alarm system
• Power, lighting and telephone system
• Communication systems and security systems
• Guest room management system

Plumbing

• Drainage (waste and soil), rain water system
• Water supply system and grey water systems
• LPG gas

Total cooling load of the project is 2115 TR and the total electrical load is 9743kW.
