ABOUT THE BUILD

The Oberoi Centre, located in the Business Bay area of Dubai, consists of two towers: a 27-storey hotel tower and a 35-storey office tower. The hotel tower consists of a massive ballroom, four international restaurants, a large swimming pool, seven spa suites and 252 guest suites, in addition to seven board meeting rooms at level 26 and a rooftop restaurant and bar at level 27. The office tower comprises 30 floors of offices with three levels of retail space and four levels of basement parking.

Trans Gulf Electromechanical LLC provided the complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing services for the tower, including the following:
