ABOUT THE BUILD

With its wind towers and architecture, Madinat Jumeirah Resort is a recreation of ancient Arabia, and contains two 5-star hotels – Al Qasr and Mina A’Salam. In addition, there are 29 traditional summerhouses in Dar Al Masyaf, 7 Malakiya villas, over 40 restaurants and bars, conference and banqueting facilities including two grand ballrooms, a 1000-seat amphitheatre and a dedicated entertainment centre and multi-purpose venue: Madinat Arena. The facilities are interconnected by 3km of waterways and landscaped gardens.

The services provided by Trans Gulf included the following:

Electrical and ELV Systems

• LV panel and fire alarm system
• Power, lighting and telephone system
• Communication systems and security systems
• Guest room management system

Plumbing

• Drainage (waste and soil), rain water system
• Water supply system and grey water systems
• LPG gas

Total cooling load of the project is 16,000 TR and the total electrical load is 36,800kW.
