ABOUT THE BUILD

This building comprises of 1 U/G basement (storage tanks & plant room), 3 floors of basement car parking, ground floor (entrance lobby/DG room/substation/security room), 7 podium levels of car parking, 19 floors of offices and 4 roof floors (MEP plant rooms).

The total built up area is 1,170,000sq ft.

The scope of work included:

• Centrifugal chiller, cooling tower, chilled water pumps, condensed water pumps, side stream filtration pump, pressurisation pumps
• Air handling units (AHU’s/FAHU’s) and fan coil units
• Kitchen extract ducts/kitchen extract fan
• Parking ventilation with SA/RA plenums & fans
• Fan for general extract/toilet extract/ pressurisation/make up air

Electrical & ELV Systems

• HV and LV panels
• Standby generator
• Fire alarm system and voice evacuation system.
• Central battery system
• Lighting control system
• Public address/background music system
• CCTV system and building management system
• Access control system with intercom system
• Gate barrier system and AV system
• Turnstile system
• Earthing and lightning protection system
• IP-based security system
• Landscape and facade lighting

Plumbing

• Drainage (waste and soil) system
• Rainwater system
• Domestic water transfer and booster pump set

The total electrical load is LV-7.5MW and HV-1.6 MW (chiller motors).
