WHO WE ARE

For over 40 years, Trans Gulf Electromechanical, part of Al Naboodah Group Enterprises has supplied, installed, tested and commissioned the whole spectrum of electromechanical solutions. Wholly owned by Al Naboodah Construction Group, Trans Gulf Electromechanical services include air-conditioning and ventilation systems and electrical and low current systems, as well as wet services including plumbing, drainage and a recently launched fire safety division called TransPro. It is an ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and OHSAS 18001 (Health and Safety Management System) certified company.

Dubai World Trade Centre New Exhibition Halls

Dubai World Trade Centre’s (DWTC) Sheikh Rashid halls are located between the Dubai Metro station and the existing exhibition halls on a site that was previously used as a car park.

Media One Tower

The Media One Tower is a 43-storey mixed-use tower. The 175m skyscraper offers views of the Arabian Gulf, Emirates Golf Course and Dubai Marina.

Al Barsha and Al Sofouh Villas

The Al Barsha and Al Sofouh Villas are developments of residential villa communities in the Al Barsha and Al Sofouh areas of Dubai.

Museum Of The Future, Dubai

The Museum of the Future will be primarily an exhibition space situated next to the existing Emirates Towers which will showcase innovative and futuristic concepts.

Medcare Hospital

The Medcare Hospital, Safa Park, Dubai (built for Dr Moopen's Group) covers an area of 120m x 60m. The development incorporates a hospital building, six duplex villas, a service building and a parking area.

Harvard Medical School

The Harvard Medical School at Dubai Healthcare City is a post-graduate education and research institute. The building comprises two basements and a ground floor with a left and right wing.

Four Seasons Resort Dubai

The Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach blends Arabic design with contemporary style.

Park Hyatt At Saadiyat Island - Abu Dhabi

The Al Tayer Tower is a 59-storey residential tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. The tower offers unprecedented facilities with 244 apartments of various sizes, fast lifts, state-of-the-art security and safety systems and high-grade acoustic treatment.

I-Rise Tower

This state-of-the-art commercial building, located in Barsha Heights (formerly Tecom), Dubai, rises to 36 storeys and consists of 534 offices with 2,297 car parking spaces.

Oberoi Centre

The Oberoi Centre, located in the Business Bay area of Dubai, consists of two towers: a 27-storey hotel tower and a 35-storey office tower.

Audi Car Showroom and Office

Audi World, the largest Audi showroom anywhere in the world, is spread over three floors, designed according to Audi’s corporate identity standards, and can display up to 57 new cars.

305 Villas – Al Barari Development

Al Barari Development Phase 1 is located in a northern sector of Dubai, off the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.

68 Villas at Sienna Lakes – Jumeirah Golf Estates

Jumeirah Golf Estates’ Sienna Lakes development comprises 68 villas overlooking the 13th and 16th holes of the Fire golf course.

79 Villas at Jumeirah Golf Estates Phase II

Trans Gulf provided the complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing services for the 79 villas at Jumeirah Golf Estates Phase II, located 22km south-west of Dubai’s city centre towards the Jebel Ali area.
